- 1 tbsp rosehip shells, fresh or dried,
- 1 tbsp bilberries, fresh or dried,
- 1 tsp orange rind,
- 1 tsp goji berries, fresh or dried.
Makes 2 servings
Put all ingredients in a teapot and pour over 11⁄4 cups of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 10–15 minutes, strain, and serve.
If you want, after straining you can add all the ingredients to your breakfast oatmeal and eat them.
