INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp goji berries, fresh or dried,
- 1 tsp damiana (Turnera diffusa),
- 1⁄2 tsp liquorice root.
Makes 2 servings
PREPARATION
Put all the ingredients in a teapot, pour over 11⁄4 cups of boiling water, leave to stand for 10–15 minutes, then serve.
You can also leave the infusion to cool and serve it as a cold drink.
NOTE: Don’t drink this tea during pregnancy.
