- 2 tbsp young buckwheat greens, finely chopped,
- 4 tbsp fresh pea shoots,
- 2 zucchini,
- 1 cucumber,
- 2 tbsp fresh marjoram leaves,
- a dash of lemon juice,
- 3⁄4 cup mineral water.

Juice all ingredients, add the mineral water and lemon juice to taste, and mix thoroughly.
