Ginger-soy dipping sauce from China is served with dumplings and fried seafood and also goes well with barbequed chicken. You could add just a little chilli sauce if you want.
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 scallion, finely sliced
- a few sprigs of cilantro, chopped
Directions: mix the soy sauce and vinegar and stir in the other ingredients.
