Adjika is chile and herb-based paste. It is popular in Georgia and the neighboring countries.
- 2 fresh red chilies, seeds removed
- 5 garlic cloves, crushed
- handful of chopped parsley
- handful of chopped dill
- 3 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 3–4 tbsp olive oil
Put all the ingredients except the oil into a blender and pulse until you have a rough paste. Add the olive oil, little by little, until it is smooth. Add to meat and poultry dishes or slow-cooked beans.
